When Heaven Coming Down to the Earth

Scripture

52 The tombs broke open and the bodies of many holy people who had died were raised to life. 53 They came out of the tombs, and after Jesus' resurrection they went into the holy city and appeared to many people. (Mat 27:52-53 NIV)


Observation and Application

Tombs were opened by earthquake and the bodies of saints were raise after Jesus' resurrection. These verse signifying that Jesus had conquered the grave, victory over death, broke the power of sin and death to bring us life. These saints testified to his victory over death in the holy city signify the believers of Jesus Christ will spent eternity in the very glory of His presence in the Kingdom of God. In this last day, where the knowledge of His glory being revealed to us and manifested upon the earth, and we can see the glimpse of answer of the Lord prayer two thousand years ago, 'Your Kingdom come, Your will be done..' We no need to wait until we die to enjoy the glory of His Kingdom. We can experience His glory right now down on the earth. When the Heaven coming down to the earth, all things are possible in the 'Glory' zone. Outrageous miracle, signs and wonders, healing and deliverance will broke out. The place will become Disease Free Zone and Demon Free Zone. The answer of our prayer will be accelerated, and prophecy that spoken many years ago will come to past in the glory zone. It's because there is no time and space in the Kingdom of God.


Response

Father, we want to be your gateway, where the angels of God ascending and descending upon this temple. We want to be the carrier of your Glory and spread your glory throughout the earth. We pray for the open heaven in any meeting of believer so that we can touch you, know you, experience you in wider, deeper, higher, closer way in Jesus name.

Divine Revelation

Scripture

While Pilate was sitting on the judge's seat, his wife sent him this message: "Don't have anything to do with that innocent man, for I have suffered a great deal today in a dream because of him." ( Mat 27:19 NIV )


Observation

Surely God has communicated to this woman through dream, testifying the innocence of Jesus. In Chr 1 & 2, dreams are used as vehicles of divine revelation.


Application

Seeking God for His divine revelation about every decision and affairs in our life is important.

Political Charge

Scripture

Meanwhile Jesus stood before the governor, and the governor asked him, "Are you the king of the Jews?" "Yes, it is as you say," Jesus replied. (Mat 27:11 NIV)


Observation

The Sanhedrin's charge of blasphemy would be meaningless to Pilate, so they accused Jesus of sedition in claiming to be a King, a political charge. Jesus admitted the charge. He was King, however in spiritual sense, as he explained to Pilate at John 18:36

Sahedrin - The great council of seventy elders among the Jews, whose jurisdiction extended to all important affairs. They received appeals from inferior tribunals, and had power of life and death.


Application

Perhaps, this verse can explained why there is a person just hate me even I had done nothing wrong with him, but just because of my passion, fire and hunger for Jesus. He hate me without any significant reason and accuse me for 'unreasonable' or 'political' charges which is meaningless to me.


Response

Father, I release that person to you and I choose to forgive him. I pray for him to come into the knowledge of your Son, Jesus Christ. Cover me by your precious blood Lord in Jesus name. Amen

The Truth

Scripture

Matthew 26:64-66 (New International Version)

64"Yes, it is as you say," Jesus replied. "But I say to all of you: In the future you will see the Son of Man sitting at the right hand of the Mighty One and coming on the clouds of heaven."

65Then the high priest tore his clothes and said, "He has spoken blasphemy! Why do we need any more witnesses? Look, now you have heard the blasphemy. 66What do you think?"
"He is worthy of death," they answered.


Observation

The high priest do not reach the spritual level or totally do not have divine revelation on the scripture, the very Word that revealing Jesus, the Son of God. The truth that spoken by Jesus offended them.


Application

The truth is always hurt, but only the truth, especially the spoken truth from divine revelation from God, will set people free. Bear in mind that revealing the truth will create havod to the enemy. The enemy will not easy to let you go as their kingdom being destroyed by our spoken words.


Response

Father, surround us by your wall of fire. Send forth your guardian angels, ministering angels and warring angels to guard us as we preaching the truth of Your Kingdom and revealing the mystery of Your Glory. In Jesus name.

Watch and Pray

Matthew 26:41 (NIV)

"Watch and pray so that you will not fall into temptation. The spirit is willing, but the body is weak."


Observation

Jesus reminded his disciples to be alert & pray always. Our Lord does not direct them to pray that no temptation might befall them, but that they might not overcome by the temptation


Application

1 Thessalonians 5:17 (New King James Version)
pray without ceasing,


Ephesians 6:18 (New International Version)
And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the saints.


1 Peter 5:8 (English Standard Version)
Be sober-minded; be watchful. Your adversary the devil prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour.

We are facing temptation as long as we still live in this flesh. However, watchfulness & prayerness is the key to overcome temptation.


Response

Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one, for Yours is the Kingdom and the glory and the power forever and ever. Amen

Extravagant Worship

( Matthew 26:10 Nkjv)

6 And when Jesus was in Bethany at the house of Simon the leper,
7 a woman came to Him having an alabaster flask of very costly fragrant oil, and she poured it on His head as He sat at the table.
8 But when His disciples saw it, they were indignant, saying, “Why this waste?
9 For this fragrant oil might have been sold for much and given to the poor.”
10 But when Jesus was aware of it, He said to them, “Why do you trouble the woman? For she has done a good work for Me.
11 For you have the poor with you always, but Me you do not have always.
12 For in pouring this fragrant oil on My body, she did it for My burial.
13 Assuredly, I say to you, wherever this gospel is preached in the whole world, what this woman has done will also be told as a memorial to her.”


Observation

The disciple of Jesus was offended when a woman at Bethany offering her extravagant worship and devotion to the Lord by pouring expensive fragrant oil on His body.


Application

We ought not to rashly condemn that which is not orderly done toward Jesus. What is done for Christ from love of Christ is always a good work. We are extravagantly blessed just because of knowing Yeshua, the Messiah, and in return, we should always offer our extravagant worship and devotion toward the King of Kings, the Lord of Lords.


Response

Holy Spirit, teach me to offer my extravagant worship and devotion toward Heavenly Father. I will not limit you to ask me to do something outrageous and seems not order in the eye of man in order to pursuing more of You, pouring out my heart, my mind, my strength to worship You in spirit and in truth. and I believe that You will come down with your mighty 'Kavod " as a Cloud of Glory. Faithful over Few Things

Observation

The wise use the gifts and talents entrusted to them, doing great exploit, multiply the gifts and talents given to them.


Application

The Lord spoke to me to be faithful even to minister and pray for one person.

Thank you Lord for your word and reminding me to be faithful over few things. I choose to be faithful to share, serve, minister, pray, impart, love anyone whom you placed in my life.

Angels that Gather

Scripture

And he will send out his angels with a loud trumpet call, and they will gather his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other. (Mat 24:31 ESV)


Observation

Jesus describe the way that He come & the angels is assigned to gather believers from four corner of the earth.


Application

I believe there is an "angels that gather" being release in this last day. The angels that gather the harvest, to bring in the lost soul into the Kingdom of God. The other scripture that spoke about 'angels that gather' is on Mat 13:41

Observation

It's fair enough that at least every nations, every tribes and tongues have an opportunity to hear the gospel of the Kingdom of God and given grace period to be repented before the end come.


Application

Will I be a part of what God's is doing to take the Kingdom to the nations?

Religious Teaching

Scripture

You Pharisees and teachers of the Law of Moses are in for trouble! You're nothing but show-offs. You lock people out of the kingdom of heaven. You won't go in yourselves, and you keep others from going in. (Mat 23:13 CEV)


Observation

Scribes and Pharisee shut up the Kingdom of Heaven by false teaching. Their teaching binding people to an observance of their tradition. The didn't believe Jesus as their Messiah, the Son of God and even convinced people that He is impostor, thus lock people out of the Kingdom of Heaven.


Application

Beware of the teaching today that bind us to the 'tradition' and 'order', 'limit' and 'control' the move of the Holy Spirit, against supernatural, full of the head knowledge of Bible but didn't know the God, the Holy Spirit, the author of the Bible.


Response

Open up their eye to see you and know you Lord in Jesus name.

Love

Scripture

Mat 22:36-40 ESV "Teacher, which is the great commandment in the Law?" (37) And he said to him, "You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. (38) This is the great and first commandment. (39) And a second is like it: You shall love your neighbor as yourself. (40) On these two commandments depend all the Law and the Prophets."


Observation

Jesus summed up all commandments of the law in the word of love. One of the indicators that we are growing into spiritual maturity is our willingness to love, both God and neighbor. God is love and when we are growing in relationship with Him, we will be like Him.


Application

Am I have genuine love for God base on what He has done for my redemption or the 'feeling' of His presence?

Am I really love my neighbor regardless who they are including the enemy?


Response

Father, give me unconditional & genuine love for you and neighbor. Reflect Your very nature in me that people will see You in me.

Few Are Chosen

Scripture

Mat 22:11-14 ESV "But when the king came in to look at the guests, he saw there a man who had no wedding garment. (12) And he said to him, 'Friend, how did you get in here without a wedding garment?' And he was speechless. (13) Then the king said to the attendants, 'Bind him hand and foot and cast him into the outer darkness. In that place there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.' (14) For many are called, but few are chosen."


Observation

The Wedding Garment introduces imagery to show that righteousness, faithfulness & obedience to the will of God are important for members of the new community who have responded to the wedding invitation. (Footnote on Mat 22:12, New Spirit-filled Life Bible, NKjv, Thomas Nelsons, Inc. 2002 )


Application

This verses revealed many are accepted the invitation to the Kingdom of Heaven, but few are doing His will & prepare themselves to the coming of the Lord.

Father, I want to be your chosen one & doing your will on the planet earth so that your name will be glorified. Amen.

God is not a respecter of persons

Scripture

For John came to you in the way of righteousness, and you did not believe him, but the tax collectors and the prostitutes believed him. And even when you saw it, you did not afterward change your minds and believe him. (Mat 21:32 ESV)


Observation

John came to both, preaching the doctrine of repentance, and proclaiming Jesus the Messiah.
Jesus spoke of true repentance lead to everlasting life regardless sinners of the vilest kind, will enter heaven , but not religious pretenders.


Application

God is not a respecter of persons. He is not despise whatever background, culture, sin, job etc we came from, as long as we believe in Him and repent from our heart from what we have done. I believe as long as we live in this corrupted world and in this flesh, we are tempted to sin and sick in the flesh. However, Jesus Christ has born our sickness and sin. Forgiveness everyday, healing is everyday!


Response

Holy Spirit, guide me & help me not to fall into religious pretender, where look good outwardly among Christian, but not having transformation from inside out. I need your grace, mercy and power throughout the journey of life in this planet earth. Touch my life with your healing grace. Amen.

RECEIVE YOUR HEALING NOW!

Scripture

Mat 20:29-34 ESV And as they went out of Jericho, a great crowd followed him. (30) And behold, there were two blind men sitting by the roadside, and when they heard that Jesus was passing by, they cried out, "Lord, have mercy on us, Son of David!" (31) The crowd rebuked them, telling them to be silent, but they cried out all the more, "Lord, have mercy on us, Son of David!" (32) And stopping, Jesus called them and said, "What do you want me to do for you?" (33) They said to him, "Lord, let our eyes be opened." (34) And Jesus in pity touched their eyes, and immediately they recovered their sight and followed him.


Observation

How did these two blind men receive their healing?
Whenever a soul begins to shout after God, desperate for His mercy & grace, the world including those in religious system, will pour a cold water on them and rebuke them to be silent. In this case, the blind men shouted even louder to receive their healing (v31). What's happen to Heaven in response to their cried? Jesus stopped!! (V32) I believe whatever prayer you send to Heaven, the Heaven 'stop' in response to your prayer! Whatever prayer you ask in the Name of Jesus, reaches to the Heaven! Then, Jesus stood still (V32 kjv) and listen, asking you "What do you want me to do for you?" (v32). In very short and direct answer without any decoration of 'religious prayer', they told him they want to receive their sight and Jesus granted their request.


Application

I believe this is the method for people to receive their healing before Jesus went to the cross. Although we can use this method to receive our healing by crying and shouting to Jesus today, however, I believe this is NOT the best method to receive our healing under the new covenant of the blood of Jesus. It's because when Jesus went to the cross, He actually broke the power of sin and death to bring us life. At he same time, He broke the power of sickness and disease to bring us healing. After 3 days of His death, He was resurrected and successfully seized back what has been stolen from satan at the Garden of Eden. Jesus appeared to His disciples and said ' All authority has been given to me in the Heaven and the earth.." (Mat 28:18).

Now, we as a son and daughter of God, seated with Christ in the heavenly place, ruling and reigning with Him, join-heirs with Him and complete in Him. We should rise up and rule over all spiritual mountain in our life. We shall SPEAK to the mountain and COMMAND it to cast down to the sea. We can SPEAK to the sicknesses and EXERCISE our AUTHORITY over all sickness, disease, over all lies and deception from the enemy.

If you have a fever now, I REBUKE THE FEVER AND I COMMAND THE FEVER, OUT! NOW! IN JESUS NAME. If you have any pain in your body, IN THE NAME OF JESUS, I REBUKE THIS PAIN AND COMMAND THAT SPIRIT OF INFIRMITIES, OUT OF YOUR BODY! NOW! If you need weight loss, IN THE NAME OF JESUS, I CALL DOWN THE FIRE OF GOD UPON YOU, AND I DECLARE, INSTANT WEIGHT LOSS! NOW! IN JESUS NAME! Do something that you couldn't do before. If you have pain in your neck, just MOVE your neck NOW in Jesus name. If you have difficulty bending your back, BEND! NOW! IN JESUS NAME. if you need weight loss, just JUMP UP and DOWN seven times! It's because faith without action is dead. If you thought that you WERE healed 2K years ago, they first things you need to do is DO SOMETHING as you were healed. Your action and faith will activate the miracle!

Father, let your healing power come as a tide of wave, as a Tsunami, flood through the every nations, shake this planet upside down with your power. The Eye of a Needle

Scripture

²⁴ And again I say to you, it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of God.”
²⁵ When His disciples heard it, they were greatly astonished, saying, “Who then can be saved?”
²⁶ But Jesus looked at them and said to them, “With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.” (Mat 19: 24-26 NIV)


Observation

The eye of the needle was a postern gate, used after dark, when the main gates of Jerusalem were shut, the travellers and merchants would have to use this smaller gate to enter the city. The camel could only enter unencumbered by the load being removed from the his back and crawled on its need.

Jesus was saying how difficult for a rich to enter the Kingdom of God unless he is ready to unload all his load of riches, just as the camel passed through the eye of needle (postern gate) by unloading his goods.

His disciples were in great astonished (v.25), perhaps in their knowledge, very few or none rich men could fulfilled this requirement.

However, in order to explain to them that the ticket to Kingdom of God is NOT earn by fulfilling requirement, law and good works, Jesus answered them “With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.” (v.26). It's only by the grace of God and not self-righteousness.


Application

My salvation is by the grace of God and base on what Jesus paid for me on the cross, it's not by my own righteousness, afford and how good I am.

After receiving this gift of eternal life, I cannot take for granted by living the way as led by the flesh and to the worldly way. I need to lift up all the loading I have and set the priority to the Kingdom of God. No man is perfect as long as we still live in the flesh. During the journey of life in planet earth, I need to walk out my salvation with fear and trembling. Sanctification is the process during this journey of life.

12Therefore, my dear friends, as you have always obeyed—not only in my presence, but now much more in my absence—continue to work out your salvation with fear and trembling, 13for it is God who works in you to will and to act according to his good purpose. (Phi 2:12-13 NIV)


Response

I thank you for your gift of love. May your word continue to transform me from inside out so that I may walk in the way that pleasing to You. Pour out Your great grace, great mercy, great anointing, great love and great power upon every area of my life, I need Your strength to be a person that you want me, because with men it is impossible, but with You, all things are possible. Two Become One

Scripture

and said, For this cause a man shall leave father and mother and shall cling to his wife, and the two of them shall be one flesh? (6) Therefore they are no longer two, but one flesh. Therefore what God has joined together, let not man separate. (Mat 19:5-6 MKJV)


Observation

The original constitution of marriage found in the Garden of Eden, where God established the first marriage, a male and a female as one pair. In all time one man and one woman should by marriage become one flesh to walk in the divine destiny to glorify His name. Jesus reminded the divine constitution of marriage, let not man break it up by causeless divorces.


Application

Every Marriages involves two imperfect people. It's divine appointment of God that husband and wife come together as one. I was blessed by reading His Word to walk out difficulties and challenges within marriage, by forgiveness, thankfulness, builds one another up, encourage each other, watch over, care for and prayer for each other.


Response

Dear Lord, we invite Your Presence to come in our marriage and give us passion to love one another as we first met. a heart ready to forgive, to accept shortcoming and build one another up. Help us to walk that love into practical things so that nothing can divide us, to walk into the destiny and plan that you have established for us. Bless our marriage in Jesus name. Amen.

Do Not Look Down on Little One

Scripture

Take heed that ye despise not one of these little ones; for I say unto you, That in heaven their angels do always behold the face of my Father which is in heaven. (Mat 18:10 KJV)


Observation

Jesus reminded his disciples not to look down on any of little ones (little Children & Childlike faith believers) because they are honour in heaven. Their angels are like guardian angels of the highest rank; always see the face / in the presence of Heavenly Father

According to Adam Clarke (1715-1832) commentary, Always behold the face - Hence, among the Jews, the angels were styled מלכי פנים, malakey panim, angels of the face, and Michael is said to be סר הפנים, sar ha-panim the prince of the face


Application

The instruction that I need to take heed is do not look down to the little children and childlike faith believers. God loves them because they are pure in heart

God blesses those people whose hearts are pure. They will see him! (Mat 5:8 CEV)

A pure heart just believes what God's said is truth. That's why an angel who is so close to the face of God, angel of the face, assigned to them, this angel so close to God and became carrier of His Presence and His Glory, for them. This can be explained why many children said they have saw Jesus face to face, having divine encounter with God. They are pure in heart, without contaminated by the world.

Purify my heart, give me childlike faith, show me Your face, Lord!

Mountain Moving Faith

Scripture

And Jesus answered, "O faithless and twisted generation, how long am I to be with you? How long am I to bear with you? Bring him here to me."
(Mat 17:17 ESV)


Observation

Jesus rebuke his disciples when they failed to cast out demon. How could Jesus have possibly expected and even demanded His disciples to do the miracle? Perhaps he had given them the authority to heal the sick and to cast out demon in Matthew 10:1.


Application

According to Ps William Lau, The Elijah Challenge, there are four reasons we give to explain why the sick are not healed when we minister to them.

1. It’s not God’s will
2. It’s not God’s time
3. The sick person has sin
4. The sick person lacks faith

These reasons sometimes apply for certain circumstances. However , we rarely blame ourselves when the miracle does not take place.
The First 2 reasons, we are "blaming" God, the 3-4 reasons, we are "blaming" the sick person.

In fact, we didn't see Jesus addresses these 4 reasons when His disciples failed to do the miracle.


Response

Give me the gift of faith / mountain moving faith to do healing and deliverance In Your name in love, and to see your power, miracle, sign and wonder at work again in Jesus name. Amen.

Divine Revelation

Scripture

And Jesus answered him, "Blessed are you, Simon Bar-Jonah! For flesh and blood has not revealed this to you, but my Father who is in heaven. (Mat 16:17 ESV)


Observation

When many assumed what is the identity of Jesus, Peter accurately confessed that Jesus as the Messiah and as divine. the deity of Christ is truth known only by divine revelation.

By this you know the Spirit of God: every spirit that confesses that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is from God, (1Jn 4:2 ESV)


Application

If I am not spending time in His Word and Soaking in His Presence, how will I received divine revelation on the mysteries of the Kingdom and His Glory?


Response

Give me the passion & holy hunger for your word and your presence. It's only in Your Word and Your Presence, I'll meet you face to face, not just uttering prayer to you, but to receive and download whatever you want to reveal to me about your glory. In Jesus name. Amen

Yeast of the Pharisee and Sadducees

Scripture

“Watch out!” Jesus warned them. “ Beware of the yeast of the Pharisees & Sadducees.” (Mat 16:6 NLT)

Then they understood that he wasn’t speaking about the yeast of bread, but about the deceptive teaching of the Pharisees & Sadducees. ( Matt 16:12 NLT)


Observation

Pharisee & Sadducees, religious leaders, who filled with the head knowledge of Bible, even could quote the scripture, yet do not understand the scriptures itself spoke about The Son of God, Yeshua, the Messiah. They are seeking every chance to find fault on the teaching and miracle performed by Jesus. That’ why when they demanded a miraculous sign to prove His authority, Jesus answered,

A wicked and adulterous generation seeks after a sign, and no sign shall be given to it except the sign of the prophet Jonah. And He left them and departed (Mat 16:4 Nkjv)

The teaching of Pharisees only contaminates the mind of pure spirit-filled believers who are ‘raw’ hunger for more of His presence. Their teaching bringing them departs away from the Author of the scriptures, God the Holy Spirit. Jesus already know Pharisees and Sadducees will not believe in Him even miraculous signs performed.


Application

We need to be caution, beware, take heed of the religious teaching, which seems to be good in natural, but their teaching base on the wisdom of man, persuasive speeches, not rely on the power of Holy Spirit.

And my speech and my preaching were not with persuasive words of human wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power, that your faith should not be in the wisdom of men but in the power of God. ( 1 Cor 2:4-5 Nkjv)

Often, we heard many religious leaders warned those who are hunger for the Lord to be caution for the miracle and new move of God in this last day. In fact, we need to be cautious of them, the religious teaching that imposed tradition, rules and regulations, a nice presentation and impartation of head knowledge, without transformation from inside out. The history of Christianity shown every new wave of Holy Spirit faced many persecution and opposition from the denomination influenced by previous move of God.

Stay away those act religiously, and those reject the power of Holy Spirit that could make them godly.

having a form of godliness but denying its power. And from such people turn away! ( 2 Tim 3:5 Nkjv)

They will act religiously, but they will reject the power that could make them goldly. Stay away from people like that! ( 2 Tim 3:5 NLT)

O Lord, I want to breathe the pure air from Heaven, give me supernatural impartation of hunger & fire within me to have greater intimacy with your Holy Spirit. The Faith of Gentile Woman

Scripture

(Mat 15:22-28 ESV ) And behold, a Canaanite woman from that region came out and was crying, "Have mercy on me, O Lord, Son of David; my daughter is severely oppressed by a demon." (23) But he did not answer her a word. And his disciples came and begged him, saying, "Send her away, for she is crying out after us." (24) He answered, "I was sent only to the lost sheep of the house of Israel." (25) But she came and knelt before him, saying, "Lord, help me." (26) And he answered, "It is not right to take the children's bread and throw it to the dogs." (27) She said, "Yes, Lord, yet even the dogs eat the crumbs that fall from their masters' table." (28) Then Jesus answered her, "O woman, great is your faith! Be it done for you as you desire." And her daughter was healed instantly.


Observation

Before Jesus went to the cross, healing and deliverance only for the Jews (v.24, 26). That's why Jesus was silent and not answer her 'prayer'. However, the woman knelt and worshipped (v 25 NKjv) Jesus! what a faith of this woman and her persistent in prayer! But the response of Jesus even astonishing and indicated her as a dog!! (V 26). I believe the culture of Jews in Jesus' time didn't have any relationship with gentile and even regards gentile as dog. Today, there are religious Jews still treated Gentile as dog. However, the woman humble herself and agreed with Jesus with his statement! She acknowledge that she is dog and even dog allowed to eat the scraps that fall beneath their master's table! Her broken spirit, humility and acknowledge Jesus is her master, moved the Heaven.

God's timing is not for her daughter to receive healing and deliverance (because Jesus has not went to the cross yet) but what a statement she declare that changed God's timing and activated her miracle!


Application

If the faith of the gentile woman could received her healing and deliverance before the cross and resurrection of Jesus, how much more we, today, can receive our miracle under the new covenant of the blood of Jesus!
